Test drive to happiness Die Skischule Tegernsee hat mir Anfang Februar 2015, die einzigartige wunderschöne Gelegenheit geben, um den Dualski „Tempo Duo“ von Tessier zu testen. Dank der tatkräftigen Unterstützung von Albert Meier als Piloten, Stephan Eder als Kameramann und von meinen Freunden Alexander Hardieck als Ski-Servicemann und Moritz Hardieck als Kameramann und Alois Gonitianer (Bau- und Kunstschlosserei Alois Gonitianer ) als Pilot. Anleitung und Hilfestellung gabst natürlich auch für die Piloten von Richard Roul von Tessier - Adaptive sports . Als ich im Februar den Skibob getestet habe, war ich überglücklich außerdem auf Wolke 7 im Skibob. Ich fühlte mich wie auf Wolken einfach ganz federleicht und hatte keine Angst oder unsicher gefühlt. Ihr könnt nur erahnen wie ich mich gefühlt habe einfach "FREI ". Als Behinderte ist Freiheit alles, was man möchte und will. Früher höre ich nein das geht nicht, weil du behindert bist. Christine Göttfried aus Kreuth am Tegernsee lebt, was sie bewegt: Inklusion mit Herz, Mut und Haltung. Gründerin des Inklusions Skicup & ihrer Stiftung für gelebte Teilhabe. Characteristics Ich bin Christine – und ich lebe Inklusion Ich bin Inklusionsbotschafterin, Stifterin, Sportlerin und ein Mensch mit viel Herz. Ich wurde mit einer Tetraspastik geboren, einer Form der spastischen Lähmung, die meine Arme, Beine und Sprache betrifft. Doch das hat mich nie davon abgehalten, mein Leben aktiv zu gestalten. Ich lache gerne, liebe das Leben, den Tegernsee und die Menschen, die mich begleiten. Und ich bin davon überzeugt, dass wir gemeinsam alles schaffen können – wenn wir uns gegenseitig zutrauen, Großes zu bewegen. „Ich habe gelernt: Barrieren verschwinden, wenn Menschen den Mut haben, sich wirklich zu begegnen.“ Characteristics Ich bin in einer Zeit aufgewachsen, in der Inklusion noch kaum ein Thema war. Für viele Kinder mit Behinderung bedeutete das: Sonderschule, Ausgrenzung, wenig Chancen. Doch meine Eltern wollten das nicht akzeptieren. Sie kämpften dafür, dass ich in den Regelkindergarten und später in die Regelschule gehen durfte – gegen viele Widerstände. Ich habe früh gelernt, dass es sich lohnt, für Gleichberechtigung einzustehen – auch wenn es unbequem ist. Und, dass man manchmal den schwierigeren Weg gehen muss, um gesehen zu werden. Nach der Schule habe ich eine Ausbildung gemacht, gearbeitet, Verantwortung übernommen. Ich wollte selbstbestimmt leben – mit Assistenz, aber nach meinen eigenen Regeln. Und genau das tue ich bis heute. Characteristics Ein Moment hat mein Leben besonders verändert: Mein erster Skitag. Als ich das erste Mal im Skibob saß, fühlte ich mich frei – leicht, stark und lebendig. Zum ersten Mal seit Langem war meine Behinderung nebensächlich. Da war nur der Schnee, die Geschwindigkeit, der Wind und dieses unglaubliche Gefühl von „Ich kann das!“ Dieser Moment war ein Wendepunkt. Er hat mir gezeigt, wie viel möglich ist, wenn man den Mut hat, etwas Neues zu wagen. Und er hat in mir den Wunsch geweckt, anderen Menschen mit Behinderung genau dieses Gefühl zu ermöglichen. „Ich wollte nie beweisen, was ich trotz meiner Behinderung kann – sondern, was ich mit ihr bewegen kann.“ Characteristics Ich habe gelernt: Inklusion beginnt im Kopf. Wenn wir uns aufeinander einlassen, wenn wir uns gegenseitig sehen und unterstützen, dann wird unsere Gesellschaft menschlicher – und reicher. Ich möchte Mut machen. Mut , sich zu zeigen. Mut , Neues zu wagen. Mut , das eigene Leben aktiv zu gestalten – auch mit Handicap. Characteristics Aus meinem persönlichen Erlebnis auf der Piste entstand eine Idee: Ein Skirennen, bei dem Menschen mit und ohne Behinderung gemeinsam starten. Kein Wettbewerb, bei dem es nur ums Gewinnen geht – sondern um Begegnung, Freude und Miteinander. 2017 wurde daraus Realität: der Göttfried Inklusions Skicup. Was mit wenigen Teilnehmern begann, ist heute ein Herzensprojekt mit überregionaler Strahlkraft. Menschen aus ganz Deutschland – und inzwischen sogar aus anderen Ländern – kommen nach Kreuth, um gemeinsam auf der Piste zu zeigen: Inklusion funktioniert. Wenn ich die lachenden Gesichter sehe, die Begeisterung spüre und miterlebe, wie Barrieren einfach verschwinden, weiß ich, dass genau das meine Mission ist. „Ich habe gelernt: Barrieren verschwinden, wenn Menschen den Mut haben, sich wirklich zu begegnen.“ Characteristics Mit der Zeit wurde mir klar: Ich möchte, dass Inklusion nicht nur einmal im Jahr beim Skicup sichtbar ist. Ich wollte etwas schaffen, das bleibt – eine Plattform, die Begegnungen ermöglicht und Barrieren abbaut , wo sie noch bestehen. So habe ich 2020 die Christine-Göttfried-Stiftung für Inklusion gegründet. Sie unterstützt Projekte und Menschen, die Inklusion im Alltag leben: in Schulen, in Gemeinden, im Sport, in der Kultur. Die Stiftung ist mein Herzensprojekt – sie steht für Nachhaltigkeit, Gemeinschaft und gelebte Menschlichkeit. Characteristics Ich setze mich seit vielen Jahren dafür ein, dass Inklusion im Alltag spürbar wird. Mein Engagement reicht vom Sport über Kultur bis hin zur kommunalen Arbeit. Hier ein Einblick, wofür mein Herz schlägt: Seit Dezember 2000: Senioren- und Behindertenbeauftragte der Gemeinde Kreuth am Tegernsee – ich begleite Bauprojekte, setze mich für Barrierefreiheit ein und vertrete die Interessen von Menschen mit Behinderung und Senioren in der Gemeinde. Seit November 2015: Inklusionsbeauftragte der Skischule Tegernsee – ich fördere inklusive Schneesportangebote und begleite Menschen mit Behinderung auf dem Weg in den Wintersport gemeinsam mit den Skilehrern zusammen. Seit November 2016: „Butzi-Sonder-Botschafterin“ des Bräustüberl Tegernsee – eine liebevolle Ehrung für meine Offenheit und Lebensfreude, die dort seit Jahren viele Menschen inspiriert. Seit Februar 2017: Initiatorin und Gründerin des Göttfried Inklusions Skicup – ein inklusiver Riesentorlauf, bei dem Sportler mit und ohne Behinderung gemeinsam an den Start gehen. März 2017 – Oktober 2022: Botschafterin der Schneesport-Stiftung. Seit April 2018: Mitbegründerin des Vereins F.I.T. – Freundeskreis Inklusion Tegernsee e. V. – gemeinsam schaffen wir Begegnungsräume für alle. Seit Oktober 2020: Gründerin und Stifterin der Christine-Göttfried-Stiftung für Inklusion – hier unterstütze ich Projekte, Aktionen und Menschen, die Inklusion im Alltag sichtbar machen. Seit März 2023: Mitglied und Unterstützerin der Kunterbunte Inklusion e. V. – für kreative, bunte Inklusionsideen mit Herz. Seit Oktober 2023: Aktive Unterstützerin der Initiative „Künstler mit Herz“ – weil Kunst verbindet und neue Perspektiven öffnet. Seit Februar 2024: Mitglied im Kreisverband der Frauen-Union Miesbach – für mehr weibliche Stimme in der Gesellschaft. Seit Februar 2025: Beisitzerin in der Ortsvorstandschaft der CSU Kreuth – weil ich Inklusion auch politisch sichtbar machen möchte. Seit Oktober 2025: Gemeinderats- und Kreistagskandidatin für den Landkreis Miesbach – um Barrierefreiheit, Teilhabe und Inklusion auch auf kommunaler Ebene weiter voranzubringen. „Ich habe gelernt: Barrieren verschwinden, wenn Menschen den Mut haben, sich wirklich zu begegnen.“ Characteristics Für mein Engagement im Bereich Inklusion und Barrierefreiheit wurde ich mit dem Sozialpreis des Landkreises Miesbach ausgezeichnet. Bin ich ende August 2019 in Sailing Center Tegernsee mit Freunden zum erstenmal auf dem Tegernsee beim Suping auf einem Stand Up Paddle Board. Es war ein fabelhafter Vormittag, die Piste war ein Traum und die Piloten sind spitze echte Skiprofis. Dazu ist der Dualski sensationell und großartig.
